PROGRAMS
FITNESS EVALUATIONS:
Start your program off right with a full fitness evaluation. Regardless of your current level of fitness, this assessment can aid in creating programs specifically designed for you to achieve maximum results.
STRENGTH and CONDITIONING TRAINING:
Programs to help guide the client in the support and development of the many aspects of strength. Enhancing strength may aid in an increase in muscle mass and tone which typically helps the body utilize calories and fat more efficiently. Improves posture, bone density, immune system function and increased energy levels. Core strength, balance, cardiovascular and post rehab principles are also utilized.
ROM/Flexibility Sessions:
Exercises dedicated to increasing range of motion (ROM) and flexibility. The staff will employ various therapeutic and kinesiologic modalities to aid in achieving and improvement in functional ROM.
Powerplate:
The Powerplate is a fitness and rehabilitation tool that is used mostly at the professional sports and institutional therapeutic level. Recently it has made its way into mainstream health clubs around the industry. Over the last several years its been shown through clinical testing as well as professional and celebrity endorsements to be extremely effective. The vibrations produced by the Powerplate increases activation of muscle tissue, increase blood flow and stimulates and increase in neuromuscular activity. These benefits result in increased efficiency in exercises for strength, power, ROM, recovery time and rehab therapies. Fitness Revolution has already seen tremendous benefits to all of its current clients. We are the only personal training studio in the area with Powerplate and we have two!!!!!!

We offer mat and reformer pilates sessions. Pilates is a great way to improve flexibility, correct muscle imbalances, improve core strength and keep the spine young. Whether young or old pilates can improve your life.
Kick boxing:
Come learn self defense and advanced kick boxing taught by trainer John Sitt. John can do individual sessions or small group training sessions.
MMA Training:
Interested in Mixed Martial Arts? Come get trained by two professional fighters with over 20 professional fights. You will go through high intensity circuit training working on boxing, kick boxing, ground game, brazilian jujitsu techniques, strength and agility.
